Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Blunt Trauma RP ("Server," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our FiveM roleplay server and associated services.

By accessing or using our server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable server rules.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
• You must own a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V
• You must have a valid FiveM account in good standing
• You must have a Discord account for verification and communication
• You must not be banned from FiveM or have active bans on our server

3. Account and Access

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts (FiveM, Discord, Steam) and for all activities that occur under your accounts. You must immediately notify server administration of any unauthorized use.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player may only use one account on our server. Creating multiple accounts ("alt accounts") to evade bans, gain unfair advantages, or circumvent any restrictions is strictly prohibited.

4. Server Rules and Conduct

4.1 General Conduct

• Treat all players and staff with respect
• No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind
• No cheating, exploiting, or use of unauthorized modifications
• No real-world trading (RWT) of in-game items or currency
• No sharing of personal information about other players
• Follow all roleplay guidelines and value your character's life

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Use of cheats, hacks, mod menus, or injection tools
• Exploiting bugs or glitches (report them instead)
• DDoS attacks or threats against the server or players
• Harassment or threats toward staff or players
• Doxxing or sharing private information
• Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions

5. Intellectual Property

All custom scripts, assets, configurations, and content created for Blunt Trauma RP are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any server content.

Grand Theft Auto V and related trademarks are property of Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive. FiveM is property of Cfx.re. We are not affiliated with these companies.

6. Donations and Virtual Items

6.1 Donations

Any donations made to support the server are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable. Donations do not guarantee any specific in-game benefits and may be modified or removed at our discretion.

6.2 Virtual Items

All in-game items, currency, vehicles, properties, and other virtual goods have no real-world value. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset any virtual items at any time for any reason, including but not limited to server wipes, balancing, or rule violations.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

7.1 Staff Authority

Server staff have full authority to enforce rules and these Terms. Staff decisions are final but may be appealed through proper channels in our Discord server.

7.2 Punishments

Violations may result in warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion. Severity of punishment depends on the nature and frequency of violations.

7.3 Ban Appeals

Banned players may submit appeals through our Discord server. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and decisions are final.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DOWNTIME, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUNT TRAUMA RP AND ITS STAFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blunt Trauma RP, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
